ETX APPAREL STORE SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE/RETURN INFORMATION
NO RETURNS-EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY
Exchanges or store credit is accepted within 14 calendar days of your in-store or online purchase. You must come in the store to be able to have this option. Screen Print, embroidery, or custom orders may not be returned, exchanged, or receive store credit.
What can be exchanged?
*items that are UNWORN & unwashed
*items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke
*items purchased at regular price!
What cannot be returned?
*items that have been worn or washed
*items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
*items with animal hair or deodorant
*items purchase during a SALE or CLEARANCE
*accessories
* items purchased with store credit OR a discount code
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING EXCHANGED THROUGH THE MAIL TO ENSURE WE HAVE THE EXCHANGED ITEM IN STOCK AS OUR INVENTORY IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING.
***We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost while in transit you must file a claim with the package carrier or call them.***
SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 2-4 days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after being processed, depending on which shipping method you choose. Orders are shipped out of Greenville, TX.
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
If you are local, you can choose to pick up in store at no cost!
